In August 2025, giv-e equipped the classrooms of the Father Andeweg Institute for the Deaf (FAID) in Lebanon with eight 65-inch Smart TV screens, dramatically upgrading the learning environment for its deaf and hard-of-hearing students.
Founded in 1957, FAID is a pioneering educational institution dedicated to empowering deaf and hard-of-hearing children in Lebanon through academic, vocational, and communication training.
This donation gave FAID’s 75 students, many of whom rely entirely on visual cues to learn, direct access to modern visual teaching tools—replacing outdated blackboards with interactive, dynamic displays tailored to their needs.
The screens, which were specifically requested by the students themselves, now allow teachers to deliver lessons with clear sign demonstrations, vibrant visuals, and digital content designed for deaf education.
